Description


Responsibilities:

• The Presales Solution Specialist will delicately balance aspects of Account Management, Deployment and high level User Adoption
• Provide pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, requirements verification, and   
• Team closely with Sales to ensure itzbig is positioned appropriately and most effectively to ensure maximum functionality and client penetration
• Become first point of contact for user adoption, new user training, and account penetration.
• Educate our customers continuously around technology updates and advancements with itzbig
• Ensure initial user experience is successful through focus on user adoption



Required Skills/Experience:

• 5  years pre-sales and consultative sales experience preferably within the technology industry
• Ability to successfully manage key “Flagship” Fortune 1000 corporate accounts and support the winning of business from lesser qualified competitors
• Success in teaming with sales colleagues to ensure situational specific positioning of  itzbig is achieved
• Previous experience with a startup and support of territory growth is desirable a plus
• Experience selling HR, business applications, or professional services is required.
